The Driver Observation Reporting System allows the general public to report to a trained professional what they have observed on the open roads.  This system allows our customers to recognize who their professionals are; it is used for compliments on the road as well as pointing out concerns.  Accident management costs continue to escalate everyday, repair costs, increases in insurance premiums and vehicle down time can all be avoided by isolating a problem driver before problems occur.

The Driver Observation Reporting System begins with a call to a toll free number where a trained professional, located in the United States, takes the call and asks specific questions of the caller in reference to the situation observed.  The trained professional will log all information and record the information into our system.  The system will generate a report of the observation that will be emailed or faxed directly to the supervisor of the driver. 

All information stored in our system can be retrieved by the appropriate person at any time through this website.  Reports will be sent quarterly or monthly (by request only) to keep supervisors current on the performance of their drivers.  These reports can be used in discussion with the drivers to help improve their performance and thusly increase driver retention.  They will also show trends that may show a dangerous situation is brewing, then the appropriate steps can be taken to avoid that situation and protect the company from unnecessary costs.
